We specialize in the fast delivery of immediately available or short lead time automation components and spare parts for a worldwide customer base.

We sell items from Siemens, Yaskawa Vipa, Helmholz, Festo, Beckhoff, Sick, IFM, Wago, Allen Bradley and smaller quantities from other manufacturers.

Our items are mainly procured from surplus or stock lots.

Current components from Yaskawa Vipa, Helmholz, Phoenix Contact, ABB, & Moxa may be reordered from the manufacturer.

Our offer is directed exclusively to commercial customers. All prices stated in this store are net fixed prices. All our deliveries are subject to the conditions stipulated in our general terms and conditions of sale, delivery and payment (GTC) which can be downloaded under Terms & Conditions.

Note: Any documents such as datasheets, certificats of origin, supplier certificates (e.g. MTC/COC) or any other declaration cannot be provided.

Technical information or datasheets can usually be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.

Component conditions

We sell items in several condition levels:

  • -MFS- New original manufacturer sealed item
  • -FS- New original manufacturer sealed item, potentially older production date, lower price
  • -NEW- New item in opened original package or neutral package
  • -RFUR- Refurbished item in neutral packaging
  • -USED- Used item in neutral packaging

Inventory and delivery quantities

Deliverable components are highlighted in color, and the current available quantity is displayed for each item.

The displayed inventory data is regularly updated and in rare cases, there may be order overlaps beyond our control. In case items are not available as ordered, you will be notified accordingly.

The delivery quantities are limited for most items. Larger quantities can be requested via the order form as well as by e-mail. In order to maintain the ability to deliver frequently requested parts, we reserve the right to limit the total delivery quantity of an item per customer.


You can order from us directly via the webshop or by e-mail. Telephone orders are possible in exceptional cases.

When ordering via the webshop, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order. If this email does not reach you, please send a message to mail@greinert-glatt.de.

The processed order will be confirmed as soon as possible by separate e-mail. The order processing is usually done in the sequence of the order receipt. Order overlaps are possible.

Please provide us with an e-mail address for the correct receipt of invoice.

For deliveries within the EU, a valid VAT-ID number is required.


Prepayment is required for EU customers and international customers.

For delivery by prepayment, the invoice will be sent to you as soon as possible via e-mail. Delivery is affected after receipt of advanced payment or remittance sheet (in PDF fomat). In order to ship same day proof of payment is required before 4:30pm CET (Mon. - Fri.).


We ship within the EU and worldwide.

After shipment approval, orders are sent out from Mon.-Fri. until 5pm (CET) with one of our service providers. The shipment is confirmed by e-mail. With the shipping confirmation you will receive a copy of the ship list and the tracking information.

We offer express shipping as well as shipping on your own customer account.

We can only ship to a different delivery adress within Germany or within the respective EU country of destination. We do not offer shipments to an EU country on behalf of a German client or across EU country borders.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the country of destination, shipping method, weight and value of goods. For deliveries within Germany and the EU shipping costs are displayed when ordering via the webshop. For worldwide deliveries, the calculation is made according to expenditure.

The warranty period for all items sold by us is 12 months, insofar as the damage was not caused by improper handling or operation.

If a component supplied by us is faulty or defective, we will supply a replacement as quickly as possible. If this is not possible, non-functioning items can be returned to us for credit note. For the return, we require an exact description of the fault, a copy of the delivery note or invoice and the serial number.

You will receive a return note from us, which must be completed and enclosed with the package. The return shipment must be packed carefully and shock-proof.

After receipt and inspection of the rejected item, the appropriate credit note will be issued.
